It was a little warmer last night. Three people are in the shelter and one more tenting in addition to me. Fortunately, the bear was not back. It was a little warmer last night. Saw about a half dozen hikers today. Got pretty close to a button buck. Made it to Laurel Creek shelter. One other hiker stopped by but kept going. looks like I might be the only one here tonight. There was a bit warmer.
Just George, a thru hiker from Michigan, came in about 8. He’s tenting nearby. Nice guy.
